Contact and booking enquiries
The contact form may collect your name, email address, telephone number, subject and message. Required fields are marked on the form; a telephone number is optional. We use this information to answer your request, prepare a quotation and, where relevant, take steps before entering into or performing a contract.

Who receives the information
Enquiries are available only to authorised Alpine Shine team members who need them. The website uses FormSubmit to transmit contact-form messages and IONOS to host the website and the @alpine-shine.com mailboxes. These providers process information as necessary to provide their services and under their own security and privacy arrangements.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct or erase your information, restrict or object to processing, or obtain a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing.
