When you’re away from your property Alpine Shine can be here for you in resort and provide regular property checks to ensure all is in order. Without regular inspections, uninhabited properties run the risk unidentified issues developing and without the issues being rectified, solutions can be costly. Checking, properties externally and internally you can rest assured knowing the property is secure and maintained to the best standards possible.
Maintenance Service
When completing property checks or cleaning services throughout the year, we are able to identify any common or surprise maintenance issues quickly and ensure they are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner as quickly as possible. All members of the Alpine Shine team are trained to produce detailed descriptions with photos of any issues they come across. We then ensure this information is passed on to you immediately, whereby you can make a decision based on the severity of the problem and decide on the actions required to ensure the issue is dealt with. If subscribing to our annual management service, Alpine Shine will ensure that any minor issues are reported but dealt with straight away in order to minimize the cost and hassle for you.
Safe and Secure
If you have a quiet period with little occupancy during the season, we can check on your property and make sure everything is in order and safe. Our team is based here all year round and can conduct general checks however frequently you want them to during winter, summer, and inter-season.
Inventory checks and management
To ensure any rental property is ready and prepared for each season, we like to offer a full inventory check of the property each year. Although major items of value are always checked on each individual week, the time restraints between changeover services are sometimes too tight to be checking every small item in the chalet. However, by ensuring a full chalet inventory is completed each year, you can ensure that guests staying at your property have all the essential kitchen utensils and basic supplies they might need.
Seasonal Open and Close
When owning a property in a seasonal resort we understand that the chalet needs to be secure and a task list completed at the end and start of each season. Alpine Shine is willing and able to offer to complete any specific tasks required to ensure your property is fully prepared for unoccupied times and prior to any season commencing.
